I design and handmake from scratch  everything  listed on my website ~ I am a one woman business (though some of my customers believe I have "help" !! )

My aim is to provide my buyers with a special experience both in purchasing stock items and individual commissions. I describe everything on my website as accurately as is humanly possible and provide measurements which are as accurate as I can make them but can only be approximate. I also take high resolution photographs and am always very happy to send more pictures and details if requested.

I will always repair an item free of charge if the damage or breakage is due to faulty workwomanship (!) but  for damage or breakage caused by any other means, (unless it is in the postal system for which we are both covered by the postal insurance) there will be a charge for repair ~ which I would always discuss with you first.

I will always refund in full,  after the return of an item in good order, with which you are not happy or feel has been mis-represented ~ returns must be sent by fully insured post at your expense, and contact must be made prior to return to discuss the problem.

I cannot however offer refunds for specially commissioned pieces ~ I make sure that the consultation process is as open and detailed as possible, and it has never happened yet! I have also become close friends with most of my customers ~ do please read the comments in my Guestbook.
